In the morning of May 14, the State Council Earthquake Relief Headquarters Office, the Ministry of Emergency Management, and Sichuan Provincial People's Government conducted an "Emergency Mission 2021" Earthquake Relief Drill in joint efforts in Ya'an, Sichuan. Wang Yong, State Councilor and Commander of the State Council Earthquake Relief Headquarters; Huang Ming, Vice Commander of the State Council Earthquake Relief Headquarters and Minister of the Ministry of Emergency Management; Peng Qinghua, Secretary of Sichuan Provincial Committee and Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress; Huang Qiang, Sichuan Governor ; and members of the State Council Earthquake Relief Headquarters, the Ministry of Emergency Management, Sichuan Provincial Party Committee and Government, and responsible members of the army watched the drill on site.  

The "Mobile Emergency Smart Pharmacies for TCM" independently developed by Sichuan Neo-Green Pharmaceutical Technology Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as NGP) were broadcast live on CCTV news channel, People's Daily client, CCTV News client, China Xinhua News Network, China Emergency Information and other media. They also went on air on a CCTV channel as emergency TCM support. 

The Mobile Emergency Smart Pharmacy for TCM takes automatic dispenser as the technical core and integrates the functions of Internet interoperability to realize the mobile dispensing of TCM formula granules and medical treatment services on a "mobile van", realizing a new model of modern human-centered mobile medical care. 

The vehicle-mounted TCM formula granule automatic dispenser has the advantages of space-saving, high mobility, complete drug storage (nearly 500 kinds of Chinese medical herbs) and the ability to work independently, is widely used in public welfare activities such as providing medicines and medical care to the countryside and emergency rescue, etc. It has thoroughly broken through the difficulty for traditional TCM decoction pieces which are difficult to apply due to inconvenient cooking conditions, achieving a historic breakthrough of TCM in the field of emergency medicine.
